The choice of vitamins and minerals is based on scientific knowledge and recommendations based on clinical studies conducted in the Czech Republic from 2007 to 2011 with more than 4,350 participants of younger age. The chosen minerals and vitamins significantly contribute in their daily dose to the normal function of numerous parts of the human body (teeth, bones, muscles, the nervous system, thyroid gland, hair, nails, skin, vision). In general, these minerals and vitamins contribute to an optimum function of the human metabolism and to the normal function of our immune system.

For best results we recommend using PhytoChík every morning on an empty stomach approx. 15 minutes before meal and after prior thorough shaking of the bottle. Basic daily dose is 15 – 30 ml is PhytoChík according to child body weight (15ml corresponds 35 kg, with higher body weight increase dosage accordingly, with lower body weight decrease dosage. For decreasing initial negative effects increase dosage gradually. Child weighting 35kg – first week 5ml, second week 10 ml and third week and onwards – 15ml. Allergy and asthma sufferers, people with psoriasis, eczemas and other acute health problems should use PhytoChi liquid as follows: first 10 days – 1 ml, next 10 days – 2 ml, next 10 days – 3 ml, next 10 days – 4 ml, next 7 days – 5 ml, next 7 days – 6 ml, next 7 days – 7 ml and every following week increase by 1ml up till you reach 15 ml dosage per day. (This is example for person with body weight of 70 kg) You may experience some adaptation symptoms (tiredness, old injuries manifestation, worsening of undertreated illnesses, aggravation of skin problems etc)These negative symptoms are expected, and they disappear quickly. This proves that the positive effect of herbs has begun. If you experience very intense adaptation symptoms, we recommend decreasing daily dose. Do not interrupt usage! We recommend increasing water intake during initial stage to help you getting rid of toxins from your body easier and faster.
